The Russian Revolution

In fact, there were three. This tour covers the events of 1905 including the Bloody Sunday and the Constitutional experiment (Russia did have a parliament between 1905 and 1917!), the February democratic revolution of 1917 and the coup d'etat of October 1917, as Bolsheviks   got what they had been seeking for ages - the power. This country hasn't been the same ever since.

Key features

 Znamenskaya square: feminists trigger off the February Revolution;

 Finland Train Station: left wing party leaders return to Russia in the spring of 1917;

 Cruiser Aurora: the legendary battle ship that fired  a shot to signal the storming of the Winter Palace.

Duration: 3,5 - 4 hours
Cost: 5500 rubles for a group of up to 5 people plus 1100 rubles for every extra person.
